I'm a scientist and engineer working in AI and machine learning for almost 10 years. Recently, I've been applying video and image-based deep learning models, vision language reasoning systems, reinforcement learning, and physics-informed machine learning to surgical AI and healthcare. I aim to develop AI that is local, safe, interpretable, informed by physical laws, and empowered by human ingenuity. Previously, I studied animal behavior, computational neuroscience, biomedical optics, and cancer biology. I've always been fascinated by intricate mechanisms that make things work—whether it’s in biology, machines, or software. For me, learning is building. I want to create sustainable technologies that have a real, positive impact on human well-being.
