About me

I'm currently based out of Atlanta, GA, USA where I live with my wife and toddler. Before Atlanta, I lived in Chicago for 6 years and spent most of my childhood in the midwestern United States. 

Though I have little free time left after running behind my toddler, I like to use it to read books (mostly audiobooks). Recently, I've been on a kick of classical Russian literature 🪆.  I also like working on projects that examine how models inform our views on reality. Clearly, large language models and vision language models are super interesting ways to examine this. I've been fine-tuning language models on US presidential speeches to create a more interactive archive of political history.

Most evenings, you'll find me with my toddler at a playground or singing and dancing with him at home or eating dinner with my family.
